6. Limitations of liability.
Cats Monaco cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the www.cats.mc website and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility. The Cats company cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the www.cats.mc site.

Cats reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Cats also reserves the possibility of calling into question the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the event of messages of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photographs, etc.).
7. Management of personal data.
In France, personal data is protected by law n° 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law n° 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Any dispute relating to the use of the www.cats.mc website is subject to Monegasque law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Monaco.
